In the event of a failure on our end, your credits should be automatically refunded. If not, please contact us at [email protected] or on Discord.
- As long as the transcription process is started, it should complete and will appear in your task history when done. If there is an error your credits will be refunded.
- Permanent credits are credits you purchase on their own and do not expire. Monthly credits are provided according to your premium tier (600 for plus and 2000 for premium) and will reset at the end of each billing cycle.
